Set in the hill over looking the entire beach. With its steep setting, the roof is the first thing you see when arriving so a lot of thought was put into the aesthetic aswell as function when planning the layout of this roof.

One Tree Point

This project features a roof recovery system that can be installed over failing or age expired membrane roofs. Torch on solar mounts were also installed for the solar array.
